You can return most new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For customers outside the continental United States shipping area, returns will be extended within 45 days, if and only then. Shop Beauty Depot will only pay return shipping charges if the return is due to our error (if you received a wrong or defective item, etc.) and this is at our discretion.
