Zury Butterfly Locs – Shop Beauty Depot offers free shipping on all orders over $65 in the continental US. For customers outside the continental United States, we offer competitive rates and fast delivery times through partnerships with UPS, USPS, and others.
We ship to virtually any address worldwide, including A.P.O. & PO Boxes! All orders placed before 3pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Depending on the order, it may take up to 2 business days to ship from our store. Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to additional taxes and fees upon delivery.

Most new, unopened, unused items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. For customers outside the Continental US shipping region, the return will be extended for the next 45 days only. Shop Beauty Depot will, at our discretion, cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our negligence (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

Refunds can be received up to four weeks after the package is returned to the returner, but in many cases refunds are issued sooner. This period includes transit time to receive the return from the carrier (5-10 business days), processing time after receipt of the return (3-5 business days), and shipping time. Please contact your bank to process your refund request (5-10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please log into your account, view your order via the “Complete Order” link in the “My Account” menu, and click “Return Item”. After we receive and process your return, we will notify you of your refund by email.
