Our large knotless weave units are braided with a downward movement and are designed to be worn with a medium parting; however, they can be worn in a variety of ways.

The entire lace base is made from virgin human hair, while the braids are made from premium synthetic Kanekalon braided hair.
Full Lace Cap Construction: Our full lace wig is made of lace throughout the entire wig except for the crown area which has elastic fabric to make the cap adjustable. The elastic fabric can vary in color from dark brown, dark beige and light purple. When wearing a full lace set, we recommend wearing a wig cap that is close to your complexion to create a scalp look. To further personalize the lace, we recommend finishing it off with a shade of lace that matches your complexion.

Our wigs are made from human hair base in colors 1B, 2 or 4. You can choose the color you want from the root hair color options.
Depending on the style you choose, the wig will be based on a lace closure, lace front or full lace. Using a wig base in 1B, 2 or 4 colors or another root color of your choice, your wig will be made with the extension of the color of your choice.
For braided wigs and rye wigs, the first 6 inches of your unit may be lighter or darker than the rest of the wig if your chosen hair extension color is darker or lighter than the base color your chosen, respectively. For wigs and screw-in wigs, the roots of the unit may be lighter or darker than the rest of the wig if the hair extension color you choose is darker or lighter than the base color you choose, respectively .

Delivery time is an additional length, usually 3-5 business days for domestic deliveries in the United States. International deliveries will be made by international couriers within a reasonable delivery time. Delivery time is not under our control.
You can cancel your custom order within the first 48 hours of placing your order by emailing orders@. A full refund will be issued and sent within a few business days. A cancellation fee of $85 for regular processing orders and $100 for express processing orders will apply after 48 hours of ordering, as your order would have started processing.

An exchange will only be honored if we send the wrong item or a damaged item. Email returns@ with pictures of the problem(s) within 3 days of receiving the wig. Exchange requests after 3 days, even for incorrect or damaged wigs, will not be honored.
The returned wig must be in its original condition, with no changes to it, packaging and contents. We cannot accept any altered wigs. The wig should be sent to us only after we have asked the buyer to do so via email. This helps us plan to receive your return.
Customers will initially be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of these return items. We recommend that you track the return so that proof of delivery can be verified. If the package does not arrive in its original condition or at all, we will not be able to provide you with an exchange.

If we find on review that we sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will provide a replacement and refund the return shipping fee after we have received a delivery receipt.
If we find on review that we sent the correct wig and it was not defective, we will only return the wig after the buyer pays a $50 surcharge.
It has nothing to do with the weight, length, color and other specifications or normal construction of wigs and slight variations that are inevitable in handmade products. A wig with specifications that differ from those described on the product page is not defective, but it is the wrong wig. A damaged wig is one that has a structural problem.
