D Braids – It looks like the letter B, but it’s easier. Again, think about them and add your own twist to them! But here’s our version. It’s nice and quick, so here we go:
Part your hair from ear to ear and create a half pony – twist it to the left side of your head and secure with a rubber band.
D Braids
Gather the rest of your hair into a low pony at the nape of your neck. Add the left braid to this ponytail.
Alexis Braided Wig
Take the braid on the right and twist it around to form the rest of the letter D. I used small bobby pins to secure it on top so it would hold its shape. Once you have your D positioned the way you want it, add it to the base of the ponytail.
That is all! Really easy huh?! I initially tried a braid on the left side and twisted it up again so that the end of my ponytail/braid came back up and met at the top to join D, but her hair didn’t quite join and it didn’t look good, so we went with that instead!
If desired, add some small flowers to cover the rubber bands. These are the cuties from Gimmie Clips.
