Orders sent to England, Wales and most Scottish postcodes will be sent by DPD next day or working day or standard 2-5 delivery days depending on your delivery option. All orders sent to certain postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight are sent by Royal Mail.

If you choose DPD First Business Day service all orders received before 2:30pm will be dispatched that day. Any orders received after 2:30pm will be dispatched the next working day. At certain times of the year when order volumes are very high we cannot guarantee that your order will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2:30pm. Orders placed over bank holiday weekends will be dispatched on the next available working day. We do our best to send all orders placed before 2:30pm the same day, but in some cases this may be out of our control. If this affects you, we apologize for the inconvenience.
All Click & Collect orders can be collected from our store at 14 Ocean Road, South Shields. Customers should note that orders are ready for receipt when the order dispatch email is received and not when the order is originally placed.
Please note: Any orders placed after 2:30pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and the item will be delivered on the following working day, the following Monday. Any orders placed after the 2:30pm deadline on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday or Thursday if a Bank Holiday) as postage is not available at the weekend if you choose Saturday/Sunday delivery (order before 2 : 30pm on Friday). Please allow up to 48 hours from the estimated delivery date for your order to arrive. If you have purchased the next day delivery service, the delivery time is not specified and may be between 07.00 – 19.00 hours.

Shipments to Russia – Due to new regulations for shipments to Russia you must provide both an email address and mobile phone number when ordering. After your order is shipped you will be contacted by a clearance broker for our FedEx Courier representative who will begin the clearance process.

When the goods are returned they must be properly packed to avoid any damage in the post. If the shoe is returned it must be in the original box and undamaged. Footwear returned without original packaging will not be accepted unless defective.

DPD LocalNext Working Day Delivery is available to UK customers for £5.95 and is available for purchase Monday to Thursday if ordered before 4pm.
