You can return most new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For customers located outside of the United States shipping area, returns are then extended to a 45-day period thereafter. Beauty Depot will only pay return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.) and at our discretion.

You should receive your refund within four weeks of the package being returned to you, but in most cases you will receive your refund sooner.
