The training has three streams:

Technology and network

Manage all CMI related network planning, design, architecture, development, deployment, technical support and network administration for CMI global network and technical solutions. Also act as the core technical driver for new technology developments as well as delivering high standard and reliable network services to support company strategical expansion and business growth.

Business

Strategically responsible for overall end-to-end business development, market analysis, brand management and business operations management of different business units. Be a driver to achieve company objectives and sales targets, as well as formulate long term business strategies to generate CMI’s sustainable growth in global markets.

General supporting system

Provide fundamental and critical corporate supporting functions to CMI and its subsidiaries/ representative offices globally such as Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Merge & Acquisition, Procurement and Legal.
